  • Where is the event held?
    Find out more about the Placer Valley Sports Complex here. The exact address is 2600 Westbrook Blvd., Roseville, Calif.

    Will the event still happen if it rains?
    Yes, we play rain or shine, but games will pause if there is a thunderstorm. The full weather policy will be available in Spring 2026.

    What can and cannot be brought into the venue?
    The following are prohibited on or near the fields:

    1. Food, gum or sunflower seeds

    2. Pets on fields and dogs on leashes

    3. Metal spike cleats

    4. Parking or driving on undesignated areas

    5. Littering

    6. Staking items into the turf

    7. Glass bottles

    8. Illegal possession of firearms

    9. Rude, inappropriate, and/or disrespectful language will not be tolerated and will result in facility ejection

    Are there water fountains and/or water available for purchase on-site?
    Yes. Water will be available at each field and at all athletic trainer tents. There are also water fountains located around the facility.

    Are there any hotel deals?
    Yes! USQ has partnered with the top hotels in the Placer Valley area to ensure your experience is as high quality at night as it is during the day. When available, teams will be able to find hotel info on the password-protected player page. Spectators interested in hotel deals should email info@usquadball.org.

    Where is the lost and found on-site?
    Lost and found will be located at the Guest Services Tent. Any remaining lost and found will be donated on Monday, April 20 at 3 pm CT.

    How can I receive event updates?

    Will there be a livestream of the event?
    Yes! We will be livestreaming on YouTube.

    Where can I find the event schedule?

    Where can I find a map with pitch assignments?
    The site map will be available this spring on this page.

    What kind of seating will be available?
    Bleacher seating will be available on Pitch One and Two. USQ will be offering weekend-long pop-up, portable chair rental at Guest Services for the low cost of $15 per chair.

    Will there be parking on site? Is it free?
    Yes, and parking is free. The site map will be available this spring on this page.

    Is there public Wi-Fi on site?
    Yes.

    Are pets allowed into the facility?
    Service animals are permitted at the facility, but pets are not allowed. This will be closely monitored to allow service dogs only and not emotional support animals.

  • What sort of food and drink will be available to purchase on site?

    Will there be food available for different dietary restrictions?
    Our vendors will be announced via this page as they sign on to the event, but we intend to have a variety of food vendors for different dietary restrictions.

    Is alcohol available for purchase on site?
    Alcohol will only be available exclusively in the beer garden.

    What is the alcohol policy for the event?
    All attendees are expected to fully abide by the following policies governing alcohol at the event. Any attendee found to not be in compliance with these policies, whether a player, spectator, or other individual, may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

    No person under the age of 21 may possess or consume any alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful for a person who purchases alcohol while on licensed premises to give the alcoholic liquors to a person to whom it cannot lawfully be sold on the premises.

    No alcohol may be brought into the event venue or removed from the event venue. The only alcohol that may be consumed during the event is alcohol purchased on-site through the official alcohol vendor and can only be consumed in the beer garden or the VIP lounge. Alcoholic beverages may not leave those areas,

    No person shall sell, give, or otherwise make available any alcoholic beverage to a person who is visibly intoxicated.

    Any person who is visibly intoxicated is subject to ejection from the event.

    Intoxication by any player, official, or volunteer, regardless of age, whether in public or private, is prohibited, and subjects that person to the USQ disciplinary policy. Symptoms of intoxication may include, but are not limited to, slurred speech, impaired motor coordination, vomiting, loss of consciousness, or loss of good judgment.

    Per USQ policy, no person shall permit, tolerate, encourage or participate in any "drinking games”. This includes, but is not limited to, a contest, game, event, or other endeavor which encourages or promotes the consumption of alcoholic beverages by participants at extraordinary speed or in increased quantities, or in more potent form.

    Players are strongly discouraged from consuming any alcohol while their team is still playing in the tournament. A player who is visibly under the influence of alcohol immediately before a game or during a match is subject to suspension from that game and additional action may be taken.

    Officials (including all referees, flag runners, scorekeepers, timekeepers, and others affiliated with any match in an official capacity) may not consume any alcohol during their shift and are forbidden from consuming any alcohol until they have completed all game assignments for the day.

    General volunteers may not consume any alcohol during their shift, and are discouraged from consuming any alcohol until they have completed all volunteer shifts for the day.

    VIP tickets for beverages may be used only by the specific VIP ticket holder to whom they are given, are non-transferable, and are only valid in the VIP lounge

  • Will passes be sold on-site at the event?
    Yes! However, for the best prices on tickets, we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Early bird tickets will be available either until they sell out or early bird sales close on Feb. 1, 2026.

    Can I buy my pass with cash or credit card?
    Yes!

    What does a VIP pass get me?
    A VIP pass allows entrance to the venue and VIP areas all weekend long. VIP perks include:

    • Access to VIP tent with snacks, beverages, charging station

    • Priority parking

    • Priority seating at Pitches One and Two

    • Fast track check-in

    • One VIP package: USQ-branded bag, pack of trading cards, event poster, special limited-run piece of USQ merch, one drink ticket

    • 10% off one total merch purchase on-site

    • One after party entry ticket

    Do I need to print my pass?
    All pass-holders must bring a copy of their pass—either printed or using an e-ticket on your smartphone or tablet.

    What entrance(s) do I go to if I want to buy a pass or get my purchased pass scanned?

    Does my child need a pass?
    Kids 5 and under do not need a pass to attend. Children 6 and older are required to have a pass.

    What is the refund policy?
    All admission pass purchases are non-refundable. You can read more about our ticketing policies here.

    I lost my pass, what do I do?
    Before the event, email info@usquadball.org and we will help you. On-site, go to the ticket booth at the main entrance. We will be able to look up your ticket purchase there.

    Can I upgrade my pre-purchased admission pass?
    Yes, you can upgrade your day pass to a weekend pass or a day/weekend pass to a VIP pass on-site (subject to availability). You can request this when checking in at the event entrance.

    Will vendors accept credit cards?
    The USQ merchandise booth will accept credit cards. Other vendors may or may not accept credit cards.

    The merchandise available for pre-order is listed at the bottom of this page. We even have a special event bundle only available for pre-orders!
